Hi! I am Shireen, an author and educator who writes both picture books and middle grade books.

I write books with diverse and inclusive characters and themes.  I hope that the stories I write feel filled with warmth, love and community.

 

They are stories about having the freedom to be yourself and knowing everyone who loves you will always be right behind you.
